Over the course of a decade-long partnership, we helped Inman transform from a traditional news outlet into a modern, data-driven media business. In addition to engineering custom middleware and rolling out AI-powered editorial tools, our subscription work alone drove a 30% revenue increase within just 90 days of launch.
We partnered with Inman to launch their flagship subscription offering, Inman Select, including the design and development of a fully custom CRM to power the new member experience. The result was more than retention—the new subscription model drove over 300,000 new paid memberships.

Optimized Checkout:

Working alongside the Inman product team, we rolled out a simplified, high-converting event ticketing experience using Stripe Checkout.

By leveraging Stripe’s optimized, mobile-friendly flow and built-in trust signals, we helped increase checkout conversion rates while reducing friction for event attendees.

Bespoke Middleware:

We engineered bespoke middleware to connect Inman’s new enterprise CRM with their email marketing platform, data warehouse, and analytics tools.

This unified data flow streamlined campaign operations, improved reporting accuracy, and empowered both marketing and editorial teams to move faster with better insights.

AI Tooling:

In partnership with the Inman product team, we rolled out AI tooling to accelerate editorial processes, including intelligent article tagging to improve content discoverability and internal search.

We also incorporated revolutionary technology like AI-powered personalized content, developed new business units like a market data platform and a learning management system, and expanded their subscription services by creating new tiers with specific features.
